"Participate" exhibition in NYC (Sep 16-27)
“Participate” is a project conducting participatory research in 29 of the world’s most impoverished countries to provide “high quality evidence on the reality of poverty at ground level, bringing the perspectives of the poorest into the post-2015 debate.” This type of approach attempts to project marginalized perspectives into the global decision-making process, and these are the voices that should be heard to help inform future development plans. “Participate” is hosting an exhibition titled “Work with Us” in NYC from September 16-27 to generate interest and action from its research. It is structured as an interactive journey that will guide the viewer through six key principles required for sustainable development post-2015. We’re excited to be lending our support! http://www.participate2015.org/events/
